We are pleased to announce we have implemented a new Recruitment and Selection Process.  The process will follow recruitment and selection best practice, and relevant employment and equal opportunities law, and we are working with experts in this field to develop our new procedures.  All stages of the interview and selection process will include a panel of Gaudium Ltd managers and other relevant professionals who may be external to the organisation.
